Building Permits

brokers. This allows us to handle all legal and financial aspects of the property, including title searches,
permits and approvals, contracts, and closing documents.
We can also provide property management services, such as coordinating repairs and maintenance,
collecting rent, and handling tenant issues. Our office can also assist in the rental or sale of the property,
advertising the property, showing it to prospective tenants or buyers, and negotiating leases or sales
contracts.

Topographic Surveys

The compilation of topographic diagrams in the EGSA '87 coordinate system, and aerial imaging using a
DJI drone can be a useful tool in the architectural and construction process.
Topographic diagrams are maps that show the natural and man-made features of a landscape, such as
terrain elevations, contours, and land use. They are commonly used in the planning and design of

construction projects, as they provide detailed information about the site and its surroundings. Compiling
topographic diagrams in the EGSA '87 coordinate system, which is a standard coordinate system used
in Greece, ensures that the maps are accurate and consistent with other maps and data used in the
region.
Aerial imaging using a DJI drone, on the other hand, allows for the capture of high-resolution images
and videos of a property or a construction site from various angles, giving a detailed view of the site and
its surroundings. These images can be used to create 3D models and to monitor the progress of the
construction project.
The use of topographic diagrams and aerial imaging can provide architects, engineers and builders with
