KKarchitecture is an architectural office founded by Korovessis Konstantinos in 2009. Our team consists of architects, a civil engineer, a health officer and virtual tour specialist. Our area of expertise includes issuing building permits for a variety of projects such as residences, industries, and restaurants, as well
as drafting topographical diagrams and virtual tours. Our team has completed projects such as a theater, industrial buildings, and residential developments around Athens. We focus on project analysis and research, as well as planning, design and construction. We also handle project management, property management, and drafting portfolios for foodservice and beverage licenses and permits. Our services also include topographic surveys and conveyance of property.
Architecture is a multidisciplinary field that involves the study of design, construction, and analysis of buildings and other structures. The architectural study process typically includes two main axes: project analysis and research, and planning.
Project analysis and research involve the examination of the specific project’s unique context, such as its location, surrounding urban or non-urban fabric, and the needs of the people who will use the space. This allows architects to create spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Planning, on the other hand, involves the consideration of the history and existing conditions of the space to be designed or renovated. Architects take into account the perspectives and preferences of the project’s stakeholders, such as the client or principal, in order to develop interesting and innovative solutions that meet their needs.
In construction, the process of designing and building a project typically involves three main axes: timetable
and budget, choice of materials and colors, and order, health, and safety.
01_Timetable and budget
The first axis involves setting a specific timeline for the project and managing the costs to ensure that the project is completed within the agreed upon timeframe and budget. This requires sufficient time for
preparation and planning, as well as regular evaluation and monitoring the project’s progress.
02_Choice of materials and colors
The second axis is an important aspect of design and construction. Architects in the office collaborate with the client to select materials and colors that are appropriate for the project and will enhance the
aesthetic appeal of the structure. The construction team is certified and experienced to ensure that the materials are applied perfectly and to the highest standards.
03_Order, health and safety
The third axis, order, health, and safety, is critical for ensuring that the construction site is clean, organized, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations. The office works with certified
contractors to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe for all workers and visitors.
